Dear our customers, for your pre-booked appointments, if you are unable to come, please canceled at least three hours before the appointment, otherwise, you must pay the next arrival 50% of the treatment for which You worked your reservation. Gift certificates that are not canceled in time, are considered to be exploited. To all who do not behave in accordance with the above, will be denied the right of further provisions.
